Nader Helmi, DO

Dr. Nader Helmi is a Las Vegas native and has been treating patients in the Las Vegas area since 2010 as a board certified pain management physician. After graduating from Bishop Gorman High School, he completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Utah and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Des Moines University. Following his education, he completed his internship, anesthesia residency, and pain management fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Training at one of the most high regarded pain clinics in the world allowed Dr. Helmi to learn the most advanced techniques to manage a myriad of painful conditions. He understands the mutli-dimensional aspects of pain and employs an empathetic and compassionate approach to treating his patients. Dr. Helmi is associate faculty for the Anesthesiology Residency Program at Sunrise Health as a clinical instructor for the program's chronic pain subspecialty. He is also an assistant professor at Touro University of Nevada, College of Osteopathic Medicine and a clinical consult for Boston Scientific. In this role he teaches other physicians the indications and techniques for the most advanced therapies.
